Our
nation is at a historic and critical juncture in it's history. The
presidential election of 2008 is by far the most important in history,
both domestically and globally. Precedent is being set today that will
forever alter the political landscape here and abroad. At stake is the
very sovereignty of our country, but few people seem to realize it or be
very concerned about it. Already, our southern border has dissolved and
offers no protection against individuals who would harm us.Our
goal is to revolutionize society and government, not start a revolution. What we're
proposing isn't a state run by a church or "the" church. We don't want to
make people worship God, or even force them to pray to Him. That violation
of free will would void the act, and would likely be a sin in and of
itself. Our sovereign and holy King summons those whom He will to His
service.
We do however think it's time for Christians in the
United States to shake off their slumber, look around, and examine, among
other things, the state of society in the country they live in, the
character of the leaders who are sworn to serve them, the nature of our
influence in the world and our agenda for shaping
its future, and the degree to which the promise of our Constitution has
been brought to fruition. After all, we've had almost two and a half
centuries to get the bugs out, haven't we? Ask yourself... Can Christians in America pursue a
spiritual life without hindrance, or are they the victims of laws and
policies which bind the tongue, stifle the spirit and enslave the flesh? Does our nation
protect the weak from wicked influence, or does it subsidize and export
moral corruption for profit?
I think we all know the answers to those
questions.
Although we're not calling for a new
government in the form of a theocracy, it should be abundantly clear to us
that the seeds of theocracy have been present in our Constitution since
the very beginning. Also present are clear indications that even as that
historic but flawed document was being authored, the adversary was hard at
work on the prompt destruction of the nation that was being forged. Even
then, reliance on our all-powerful God took second position to human
reason and compromise on many an important occasion. Our Creator planted
us in a garden of paradise, but the enemy sowed weeds among the vines,
tares among the wheat.
According to the enemy's plan and right
on schedule, - just before the harvest - the weeds are choking the
life out of what once promised to be a beautiful vine. Those of us charged
with tending the garden planted for us by God Himself have failed at our
task, forsaking vigilance, enjoying the bounty, getting fat and sleepy,
pursuing pleasure instead of uprightness. Meanwhile, the weeds have grown
and have begun to accomplish their task.
While Christian America sleeps, school
children are disciplined for expressing their Christian beliefs in
school. Meanwhile, they are forced to learn about religions from other parts of the world, and are
literally brainwashed to believe that all religions are equally valid.
They are taught that basic tenets of the Christian faith constitute hate
speech and intolerance, and are castigated for failing to abandon their
faith.
Where are you, Christian parents? Don't you realize that you're sending
your children into a spiritual meat grinder? Don't you realize that
secular humanists have taken over our educational system? Can't you see that this
entire generation of children, and possibly all to come, are lost if we
don't act NOW?
